Recent Patch Question
I wanted to know why the Ability to start the rhythm meter by wavedashing was removed?

I liked how it gave you an extra bonus if you wanted to pressure your opponent into approaching you instead of risking losing a note trying to approach them. I do think the removal is a bit too harsh; Maybe if the wavedash only activated the meter at 3 notes or less.
I'm still adjusting to the change it might encourage me to try some different ways to play neutral.

also keep doing the alt outfits thing, really keeps the character fresh.

I haven't checked Liz's page in ages damn, sorry for answering this late
I removed it because it was kinda broken, haven't thought of a replacement for it but I'll see if I can put something similar in the future.

it's fine thanks for answering, figured out you could just cheese the meter making it feel like a cheap limit gauge before the nerf, definitely op.

I never experienced that mechanic in the first place & don't have much of an opinion on the balancing aspects of it but if you're still looking for something to replace it, since the clock lingers on the ground for a moment now, maybe you could make it so she can break it by hitting it to get her rhythm meter started.
