Found a gamebreaking bug when the necromancer's claw is used to summon when facing Marvin Seo's Banshee boss. The summoned skeleton will not allow the game to progress even if he dies.

Yes, it's a known bug on the game side. It's also stated in FAQ.

"Anything I need to know?"

Try to avoid summoning the 'Walking Corpse' during bossfights, as summons in this game can sometimes interfere with boss mechanics or quest credit!

Hi Jonny. Thank you for the bug report, though this is a known (and un-fixable) issue. I'm sorry this has happened -- unfortunately summons in this game can sometimes interfere with boss mechanics. There is a warning about this on the workshop page but I will try to make it more visible!

If you need assistance in recovering your savegame, the people in the MLD discord will probably be able to help you (though I suspect in this case you just needed to abandon the mission?). I hope this has not caused you too much of an issue!

Fragment of the Well works reversly , blight user not attacker ( I think this happen due new DLC )

Thank you for the bug report. The mod is now updated with a fix for this (and yes, it was indeed due to Butcher's Circus patch!)

If you quit out during a battle Apocryphal Texts gets restored, you can stack it that way

Thank you for the report! You are correct.

There is a hidden debuff preventing Apocryphal Texts from being cast multiple times. Buffs & debuffs of this special type are not saved, and so are lost if you quit to the main menu and load back in. This is unfortunate as - as you have discovered - it can potentially be exploited. There's unfortunately nothing we can do to fix this though. You may spot other mods that have the same issue! :o
