The spawners and the vehicles are the same id so I cant spawn them

Thats a non-issue, they use 2 different ID systems. To Spawn in an item simply do /give ITEM ID(like the spawner id) to spawn in a vehicle whoever you need to do /vehicle VEHICLE ID

To bad you didn't add some of the US tanks like the Super perishing and the Fury sherman tank with the 78mm and the T-29 and the TD wolverine lol

Or are you going to keep it as a british vs axis only kind of mod?

It uses Pixel's Mod for Guns. If you have an issue with his balanced take it up with him
