that is the problem of source, the amount of objects make it hard for source to load.

I saw, that it works in 3kliksphilip video, so there must be a way to get it to work, but I have the same problem as @yenom

The creator needs to make some updates and some prop hidding so the game doesnt have to load everything even if you arent closer

because source cant handle this map, its not ur pc's problem, its the game engine's. (sorry for necro)
