Not an expert on this, but the map doesn't include info nodes or a nav mesh. For the latter, you can do "nav_generate" in the console to make a nav mesh though.

Nodes are for things like combine soldiers to actually move, If there are no nodes, the Combine will just stand there and shoot with no kind of movement other than crouching.
