California Rig Pouches
Someone can explain me how to use the Rig Pouches? I have many of them, but i don't know how to use it.

If you have a reg merc vest you can craft them so they create a larger storage rig

You can use them on any empty vest (except civilian, that one cannot be upgraded), and increase carrying capacity, you can further increase space it if you find cargo pouches.
