I wanted to create own survivor prefab and name pool

I aim to create stories on the map, where all NPCs would have certain, custom set of gear, custom names, and form a group in exact spawn area.

My troubles are:
A) I can't make them group with each other (no idea how it works, so creating a controlled environment would work too if you know how)
B) I cannot spawn them with custom gear prefab. I have to work around which is time consuming to unacceptable extent.
C) I cannot spawn them with custom names. I have to work around which is time consuming to unnaceptable extent.

TL;DR
I want to spawn survivors with MY OWN gear set, names, that would be a group immediately.

Any chance?
