It's not every single time, but most of the time gunshots from a survivor tend to be silent. I first noticed it with my custom little modpack, but I later tested it by itself and the issue persists; I've even tried spamming the spawn NPC key (with a 1:4 ratio of hostiles to neutrals), and the amount of gunshots I should be hearing is not at all proportional to the actual gunshots going on.

I've seen a few people mention issues similar to this, but it seems like there's not enough mentions for it to be a universal issue? Feedback would be appreciated.
