Not really. It only took ages for builds 40 and 41 to come out because of the massive code overhauls the Devs had to do, almost rewriting the entire game. As far as I know most of the builds prior to these were coming out quite a bit faster. And from what I understand we should have Build 43 in its entirety by the end of the year.
Exactly what shedovv said. Granted, I'll believe it when I see it but the developers of PZ admit that the massive overhaul that was 40-41 made it take as long as it did to release. Being skeptical is fine, but the way I see it why invest time in fixing a mod that was already buggy prior to 41 when 43 is apparently going to feature npcs with more robust systems than the mod did? Seems like a pointless endeavor.
