I agree, on mod maps fps is very low and can be even lower in intense fights. Experiencing either 31 fps cap stuck or 41-47fps cap stuck on Trelai map which can drop to unbearable 11-15 fps.

RAM 24GB 2600 which should be more then enough to run the game and bulky browser at the same time

My PC handled 10 NPCs finely without any others mod, with other mod, I can only steadily go with 5-6.
Of course, when NPC is introduced, we will need NPC events to enjoy the experience of having NPC in-game, like survivors camps, trading outposts, scavenging groups, and the amount of NPC per tiles for such events is already huge. Like, they don't even need to create a whole city full of NPC, but let's say just one colony of survivors, it will be a FPS-drop black hole that players will avoid going in to have their FPS stable.
