You can catch this bag if you will assign prison to some bed.
For correct work this mod do not assign prison in the bed menu.

Fix it easy, you need refresh pawn by adding it out of the colony with caravan.
After it send caravan back in the colony and bring prison pawn in the bed by your other pawn with right click menu.

After first interracting with new bed pawn will be fixed and start working again.
