Npc Face Poser
How i add makeup to Npc or choose between skins?

press Q -> Posing -> Face Poser tool and use on npc

You fixed it, but here's the solution.

You hold C, move your cursor over him and chose "Skins"

Or simply install Easy Bodygroup Tool
