but for now it's not too important
maybe more archaic age equipment like corintian helmets and more greek breastplate
and it's all what to do this mod is perfect
but I see lords don't leave theirs fiefs
Edessa has no village, Pella has four villages. You could give one of them to Edessa.
Makedonia has no castles, so if they beg for peace, there is nothing they can offer.
Celtic lorica hamata could use some stats improvements as it protects the shoulders as well.
As for future Companions. Some surgeons would be fine and some odd characters like a haruspex or a druid.
Northern Italy needs to be beefed up a little bit, as there is nothing than a great green plain and some rivers.
May be you could ask the Brytenwalda folks for one or two of their towns with wall and ditch as
they are very similar to celtic oppida of ancient times. Same for some interiors.
Escape rates of enemy lords after battle are pretty high. May be you tweak it a little?
Quest caravans are pain in the a*** at the moment. Way to slow and bait for even the modest raider gang.

2 - No plans to change that soon but I'm starting to think that I should/could convert all castles to minor cities since there aren't that many fortresses/castles in that era.
3 - Either that or debuff the Roman Hamata a bit, they were supposed to use a similar model but it never got finished.
4 - There are 7 more companions planned and being worked on (slowly).
5 - That's one of the unfinished areas of the map, the modeller is currently busy so I don't know when it will be finished or if it will be finished at all.
6 - I'd have to check but I don't enjoy working on scenes all that much.
7 - Maybe, it's the same values as Native for now but perhaps prisoner management could give a little buff to the capture chance.
8 - Maybe I can boost the caravan escort numbers to dissuade some smaller bandit parties.
