No, the festive sentry could be from a festive wrench, and so you would be able to have the ghost of the christmas sentry.

Wrench Effect,Valve can just make it rare to get,but a item from the store could 100% chance get it on. Win for Valve and Win for Creator.

that would be awesome if its a skin for the sentry and for the lvl 2 and 3 that would just leave me speechless with excitement :D

I almost think this being a mini sentry skin would make its visibility lower, therefore making them even more overpowered. This is a somewhat obvious idea but not the right one in my opinion.
