Why not make it a new kind of sentry?
Less damage, but a small chance to "scare" enemies when shot.

i think it should have a 10% chance of scaring as a minicrit, but the bullets do no damage AND it floats werever you go.

probaly this new sentry might be called a cursed sentry, it looks like a normal sentry but when it gets destoryed, it becomes this sentry which has triple the stats of a normal lvl 3. Also, imagine a spy wearing this with the unusual effect burining flames.
