You need to:
1 launch zomboid
2 unsubscribe from this mod
3 exit zomboid
4 launch zomboid
5 load your save game (without mod)
6 exit zomboid
7 launch zomboid
8 subscribe to this mod
9 exit zomboid
10 launch zomboid
11 enable this mod in mods menu (make sure)
12 click on load game, select game, then click on details, then choose mods button and make sure mod is enabled
13 load game
Maybe you skipped loading your game without the mod, then saving it.
If you already own this mod car, it may break it. But since wheels were broken, I never owned, so it didnt break for me. Make save backup just in case.
Did exactly as you have written, did not help. I suppose one of my mods conflicts with Filibuster Rhymes' Used Cars! mod. But anyway thank you for help!
Also I saw some information that might work for others: you need to change the version of your game to stable, let Steam redownload all the files and then change the version back to IWBUMS. I already tried this and it didn't work for me, but maybe it can help others.
