War Exhaustion Continues To Rise After War
As the title implies, despite being in a state of peace, my war exhaustion is rising. What can be done to remedy this, or is it a bug?

to have war exhaustion not rise you need to keep all of your states so you dont get "lost states" increasing war exhaustion since it doesn't seem to go away yet

In what kind of situation is this happening in?
Have you lost any territory in a war?
A screenshot of the screen showing the details of the war exhaustion would help a lot.

I believe it's because I released a nation as a puppet, because I'm losing getting 3 war exhaustion a day from "lost territory", despite having released it while at peace...

i have the same problem it keeps rising because of "lost states" even though i have lost no states and i am at peace
