well you can disable the mod on a running but there WILL be some permanent visual effects from at i can tell mainly what i noticed is that planets with rings may have there rings off centered [or to put it simply it the rings will be below it] that's about all i know.

if you add it to an existing game, the mod would be useless, all objects are premade on galaxy generation, as such nothing would happen
