Yeah, it's rather unfortunate you have to play through the entire Epilogue event if you want to view them again. Might be a lot of extra work for a mod though.

Hi. A Way to achive this Goal, you can do this: Wait for the Scene you like, hide the UI, hit F12 for a Screenshot and turn the UI back to visible. It's not exactly what you looking for, but better than Nothing.

When you successfully install the DLC and get one of the Girls to give her Virginity to you, the Player can see the Cutscenes.

here's a suggestion do what nutaku did and give main character see thru glasses or something similar.

i just hope that if you do implement this feature you don't recharge the item with gems like the money hungry nutaku
