it is recommended to have only this modification installed or Greatest Pleasure CGs [Ecchi] also ?

It seems that both mods are modifying the same files. therefore it would be recommended to install only one of them at a time, as only one of it would reflect

If we previously subscribed to Greatest Pleasure started a game then unsubscribed and subbed to this instead would it affect the save or would a new game have to be started?

Same applies to me. Except i subbed to Greatest Pleasure, then unsubbed and subbed to Hip to be Squire. Started game after this.
