Please fix the problem! :I I have problem, my game is crashed, and restart ---> blackscreen with mouse.

yesterday though everything was fine so prob one of the recently updated mods did it

the culprit was ideology patches

Also having the same issue. Should I take out the Ideology Patches Mod in the meantime or wait for a fix to not mess with my save?

Found the Problem! In my case, i have no DLCs and 3 Addons are in the in-game Mod Manager not marked as "Depends on: Ideology" or "Depends on: Biotech".

Needs Biotech DLC, but not in in-game Mod Manager marked:
- "Vanilla Races Expanded - Saurid"


Needs Ideology DLC, but not in in-game Mod Manager marked::
- "Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Icons and Symbols"
- "Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Relics and Artifacts"

So If you dont have Biotech or Ideology DLC, search and remove the addons manual from the active modlist and your game should work now.

Yes, I had the same problem. I didn't have Biotech so removing Vanilla Races Expanded - Saurid fixed the issue for me. Thanks

I seem to be getting the same issue (Cant get past Initializing) although I do have all the DLC. I'll try removing the ideology patches regardless since I usually don't even bother with ideology.

i have to remove mechanoid and insectoid factions or my game won't start

its also with me its multiple mods for me so idk

i always find that i have problems with the sanguophage mod
