I'm getting this quest called "Hostages in Trouble" where I'm apparently supposed to free the hostages and kill their captors, so unfailingly I drop pod in, free the hostages, and wait around on an empty map. There are no captors to kill. If I leave it says I failed the quest. What am I doing wrong?
