Vanilla expanded is one of my favorite groups of mods however one group that I think needs a serious overhaul are the pirates. In game they're just sorta dismissed, more so than any other faciton type, and I think it'd be really cool to have them more fleshed out instead of just occasional raiders who provide nothing.
