So, I'm running the entire suite of VE mods and a few other quality of life mods and I've noticed I can't get any advanced components; everything that I would expect to drop them drops Mechanoid Components instead (which I haven't found a use for...) and I'm running Rim War, so I have barely any traders visiting me...

Anyone else run into this, or am I just wildly unlucky?
