Vanilla Stealth Expanded?
I always thought it would be cool if you could raid an enemy base without running in, guns blazing. A mod like this could add apparel, items, and weapons that increase you stealth. Maybe you could even use special weapons to take out enemies quietly. Just a suggestion.

It would be very cool, However i feel it could be accomplished with perhaps a stronger/longer version of the invisibility psycast. I've pulled off one or two stealth missions with a brawler psycaster combining vertigo pulse, invisibility and skip in order to perform assassinations.
