The INI settings page needs just a little more detail.

What are the settings by default if nothing is changed in the following?

ImprintHidden=true/false (WNRQ Grow Up Plus potion)
ImprintMultiplier= (WNRQ Grow Up Plus potion)
PickUpDisabledDinos=
DisableVanilla=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
DisableSE=true/false (Engram Unlocker)

Also, maybe stupid question, but what is considered a "DIsabledDino"? Unconscious? Bola'd?

* This is if you don't want the imprint

ImprintMultiplier= (WNRQ Grow Up Plus potion)
* This is the same as in default vanilla admin command
* 1 = 100%, 2=200% etc.
*Default is ofc. 1

PickUpDisabledDinos=
* This is if you want to disable any dinos from being picked up
* Rockdrakes and Indoms are coded in as default

DisableVanilla=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
DisableSE=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
DisableAB=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
DisableEX=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
DisableTEK=true/false (Engram Unlocker)
* These is for the Engram unlocker, to control what groups of engrams you want unlocked
* Pr. default all is True
