Set owner dialog broken when a pawn is in cryptosleep casket
It just stops on that pawn and doesn't list any further pawns.
Here's what I believe to be a relevant part of the log.

What may be relevant is that the colonist is downed. Just noticed the same issue when a downed colonist is being rescued.

I saw this behavior too, got a partial list of pawns and last line only showed the avatar. Restarted rimworld and the problem went away. I haven't been able to reproduce it to get more logs, but thought I'd reply so you'll know you're not alone

Thanks. My issue was fixed May 1st. :) Definitely report if you see it again though.
