What about adding armor from mods like Caesar's New Regime and Legion power armor?

Hi, could it be made to be craftable- only? I'm sick of seeing almost all pawns spawning with either ncr or legion apparel, or sometimes even both of these. Also could it be done that color of the apparel, or some parts of it, like breastplates, is not affected by used material? Thanks for your great mod

Sure I'll start looking into this have some issues with updating mod but will try and solve this.
