This hardly makes sence even for heavy, why pyro then?

Yeah you're right, I shouldn't mess with the very strong established themes in TF2 Items, otherwise its only a matter of time before someone makes a Spider head for Pyro, Tentacle legs for scout or even a Fairy Princess set for Heavy. That would be a big no no.
