Not sure if it'll help anyone but I noticed for me the cyberpunk mod was causing the traits page to be blank.

No cyberpunk mod/ at the bottom of load order - cant edit traits too

Just removed More Practical Traits from my mods list and it solved the issue for me

Weird, i really only removed MPT to get the trait adding working, (it used to work in my other game some months ago) maybe it was updated to be compatible?
