Custom Murder Names Tutorial
Make sure you have version 16 or later of Murder

Create a file in garrysmod/data/murder/ called bystander_name_parts.txt

Put your names in here, seperate each name with a newline

example
James Henry Garry John

I can't find the Murder Files.
For me, I tried to find it like this:
C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/data
and I can't find it. Where are they?

You have to create the file.

Yes, this list replaces the default name list.

For me, it still isn't working. I put the underscores, the .txt and the end, and put it and pretty much anywhere and everywhere. IS there a minimum number of names allowed? I only put 12. Should I put 26 like the original?

Where exactly did you put it? For you it should be
C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/data/murder/bystander_name_parts.txt

This is for Murder servers, thusly it will show for anybody playing on that server.

In the latest update available on the GitHub, it seems something broke with it. It was perfectely functionnal before, but now, it's not working anymore (version 19).
Edit : Apparently, it was in conflict with the Wiremod available on the Steam Workshop. Why am I not surprised?

Hi, did you check the version of Murder? Remember, it should work fine on version 16 or later.
