IF YOU THINK YOU ARE BANNED, PLEASE READ THIS
You are NOT VAC Banned , It would say if you had a VAC Ban. If it just says "You are banned from this server" then a admin probably did it. You are NOT VAC Banned.

it didn't say anything what happened was i was just radomly brought back to the multiplayer menu,and when i tried to re-join it said "You have been banned from this server"

You can get banned from servers. But you can't get gac banned

Heres a tip
IM VAC Banned
I can play Gmod and servers that dont use Valve to launch/manage them
Such as:
Star conflict
Gmod

You cannot get VAC banned by using lua scripts. You can, however, get VAC banned from .exe files that mess with .dll extensions within the servers. They are classed as hacks. Lua scripts edit the settings of the clientside, and are not hacks. Some servers do not allow the use of lua scripts, and will ban you, but Garry cannot ban you for using scripts you have made/downloaded implemented into the game's clientside.
