1. Snow particle scale adjustment, bugger/stringier flakes - smaller, dryer flakes.
2. Automatic on/off. [Min/Max time between snowfalls, Min/Max length of snow falltime]
3. Wind sound.
4. Slight bounce about [Wind blowing snowflakes about] before ground hit.

Serverside not viewable by all. Only I or those who turn on the snow themselves can see it.
