Crashes upon starting the game.
I've watched Eu4 on Youtube for a while and I really enjoyed to watch the Meiou and Taxes series of the games that I watched. So when I got a hold of some money I decided to buy Eu4 and download the mod.
But when I tried to start the game after checking the correct version, downloaded it from the forums and have just pressed the play button and the loading screen shows up; and for about 3 seconds I sit and wait for the game to start and then it crashes.
And well that has happened now for about 2 weeks as I've tried to use the mod at least once a day, and it still hasn't worked. I've tried to use the one from steam as well, but then it just doesn't work and just starts up the game without the mod.

Does anyone have any idea what could have happened or knows something that could help me with this?

It's because the mod is currently not working for the current version of eu4, but do not worry, i heard a big update (like 3.0) will come.

Meanwhile, like me, play without the mod.

Okay. I also just downloaded 2.51 which worked.

Downgreat your game to EUIV v.1.29.6. and it is working fine.
