she already have nick, coach and ellis animation for her, and when she walks with dual pistols her arms will go to the side for a bit, thats all l know for now

Rochelle shares the same animations as male but scaled down to match her small body. The only fixes she needs in my opinion are her assault rifle animation and her dual pistols one. She seems to bend to hip down unnaturally when aiming down and it looks weird.

That addon is incompatible with custom models so nah. I'd say someone go and try to make Zoey's animations for Rochelle that is actually compatible with custom models and skins.
