Hold on, could be a secondary that gives you more resistance to damage, and add a buildable mini dispenser or something like that.

I would say a misc that puts your health up to 300 and speed up to Scout-speed, but marks you for death permanently, halves jump height, and lowers your damage with all weapons (Except the Gunslinger) by 50%.
