This is to test my theory that it's a steam sided error not giving the up-to-date files, but I can only assume until I get the entire log.
If that doesn't work please install the local copy of the mod here:

Tell me if the error persists with the local version when you extract the mod into your RimWorld mod folder. (Please double check you have the local version enabled before your report, in case you still have the workshop version enabled to avoid any confusions)
