Guys come on this is a somewhat serious issue, can anyone just tell me if this is general or only me?

Cant say i've experienced that, currently taking over the middle-east with the Massagetae and having no problem turning my provinces to nomadic culture.

hmm, only other mod i use is toadys traits thing and splenyi better camera. very strange.

Im also using traits & talents so cant be that, maybe try disabling the better camera mod but i doubt its causing a problem. I've had a couple campaigns where weird things have happened, like my agents freezing and becoming useless and it wasnt related to any mods, so maybe its just your particular campaign screwing about, its a pain but if you start a new campaign maybe the problem wont be there anymore.
