Ideas for a Whole New Weapon?
On backstab, it will give off the "Cow Mangler" death effect.

+On successful backstab, you will gain one crit with the knife. (crit will not be used on a backstab)
+Faster deploy time.
-30% faster cloak decrease (best with l'etranger)

It should be bigger, and have electricity coming off of it.
