How To Actually Change The Time.
So I've seen very few, but some complaints from others and myself.
You may have tried "atmos_dnc_settime 0-24" "or atmos_dnc_settime 0/24"
Siimply just type in that, but instead of 0-24 or 0/24, do 2400, 1100, and other things like that.

atmos_dnc_settime 12 (noon)
atmos_dnc_settime 17 (5 pm)

etc.

Neither of them work at all... not atmos_dnc_settime 12
or 2400

Make sure your running it from your clients console and are an admin on the server, running these from rcon/server console doens't work at the moment.
