I did, its been the most obvious thing that i've tried over 15 times and it just doesen't work.

Maybe you doesn't correctly downloaded this map.Exit the game, unsubscribe from the map, then re-subscribe, wait until it is downloaded completely (do not go in the game) and when downloaded go into the game and try (Sorry if i made mistakes in my text)

Trying to reinstall but its stuck at 0kbp/s

same here its stuck at 0

1- unsubscribe the map

2- check if there is a folder named "1855851320" in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps\workshop
and delete it. IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE FOLDER GO TO STEP 3.

3-run cs go and go to workshop maps tab and click on visit workshop

4- subscribe the map and wait for it to finish downloading

EASIEST fix is inviting a steam friend which will result in lobby creation(that guy dosent need to join the lobby,you can even invite offline friends) and the glitch is fixed,dont know how but it works like charm :)
