It is uploaded as a map, because there are no other way to make it multiplayer compatible.
Try joining a server and everyone that have this mod installed, will be able to hear the music. You can also join singleplayer, and spawn in a stereo "/give name/1466" and play the listed songs.
If all of the names are blank and you want them to appear, then you need to followed the YT tutorial on how to make the names appear.
