If this version doesn't get accepted, I'll be shocked! It has charm and style. And it isn't overdone. I hope it has a high rarity. If you end up re-doing it again, I'd only add a little more detail on the top, since that part is seen a lot. That lighter blue in front of the face is a great highlight color, btw!

yeah this is a pink/red tier item, and reminds me of the howl.
