Ok so here's what you're gonna want to do.
go to your program files -> steam/steamapps/wokshop/content/489630/1851306078/data/World/
That folder labeled "units" needs some extra files for the dlc units. Go to my link here, select "download all" and replace your existing "units" folder with mine. That will fix the problem with the dlc units being too big.
