Playing as USSR. When the Spanish civil war starts I lend lease them 70 transports and 50 trains. Once that has been delivered I set to deliver a mix of equipment. This gets delivered each month without problem.

I save the game in February 1937. Restart and reload. The game now shows 0% fulfilment for the lend-lease and no more lend-lease is sent. It seems the act of saving and loading is deleting the lend-leased ships.

Not sure if this is a vanilla bug or something specific to BlackIce, or even BlackIce TEST.
