Have a fascist group in the US lead by native tribes using their legends and the fear of attack by foreign powers

There should be a 1939 start, much like Normal HOI4.

First off: Add more AI behaviors to other nations with actual focuses, like being able to have the AI of Georgia form Transcaucasia, chose what election path France goes down, or have Sweden go for Gustav's coup.

Second off: re-add Belarus, it just is more easy to take Ukraine and Belarus without having to invade the soviets.

Third off: Give Nationalist China a focus tree and allow them to either keep Chang Kai Sheak in power or give Mao Zedong power and have him form the PRC
