the same thing is happening with SOS2 pods now too

This is not related to SRTS Expanded. Something is interfering with your ships and won't let them take off. Same with sos2 pods.

Do you have a shield or something blocking?

im having thsi issue as well, no shields yet, just tried to laucng the megamouth and its stuck at home trying to leave, and i do have a wide selection of modes but it was working for several minutes before it got stuck

I have the same problem, first it worked fine but when i reloaded my save the ship launched but then stucked on the worldmap. Tried to swap SRTS with the Transport Shuttle Standalone Mod, but this shuttles also stuck after leaving the map.

Did a bit of testing, normal Drop pods were also stuck after launch. Starting a new Colony solved the issus.
