Yes. Also, you might notice I haven't copied messages_l_english there. Make a copy of it too, okay?
If you search for #mod in it, you'll see where my changes start. I removed some lines from the battle results and made two shorter: "We lost:", "We killed:". Only this part, ending with #endmod, needs translation. The rest is the same, but I had to include the whole file.
Same as for Marty, translate what's in the spanish loc folder and copy messages there.
Send me your translations however is convenient to you: Google Drive, Dropbox, Mega, etc...
Actually I would already have a beta version available for German. But when I start I:R I can't see my translations in the mod stuff although my game is set to German. Any hint what I am doing wrong?
You could send me the files, I'll take a look.
Also, I haven't moved everything to the localization folder from the gui files. I will eventually.

one small issue I noticed (and fixed), in the console translation, you put hinzu between a text icon and an exclamation point. That breaks icons. They need to end with a !, like this: @stability!
