Can you adjust your ceo_data.ccd (that only you(r team) can edit) as a kind of preliminary work, even if you have no suitable modeling yet?

For example: Let's think I want to test newly-drawn Hua Lanli's 3D modeling is working correctly or not. But as of 5.4.3 version of WU, I have to edit whole DB files myself to continue since there are no lines for Hua Lanli-specific ancillaries and no way to edit existing ceo_data.ccd (EditSF has no search feature).
I assume generals within WU_general_arts folder do not have full ceo_data.ccd and database lines yet. Would it be possible to add full DB lines for WU_generic_arts generals as well in the future?
