What's the INI setting to control the ManaCost for Teleport? is it just teleportManaCost=10000.0?

where can i find this ini file? how to change values? maybe add a tutorial for that, i have no idea where to find this file so i could change the values.

You have to paste this in the server file system Game.IMI

I'm goofing off in single player and it seemed like my changes didn't take effect until I added this to the gameusersetting.ini

thanks for making this cool mod!
